This website is owned and operated by Molly’s Cradle Wines Pty Ltd. By accessing or using our website(s), or by ordering any product from us, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms of Use, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must not use our website(s) or place orders for any products.
You may not order wine, or have wine delivered to anyone, if you or that person are under 18 years of age at the time of ordering. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are buying the goods for personal use and not for re-sale purposes.
Molly’s Cradle Wines reserves the right to request proof of age should they consider the purchase of wine is being made by a minor.
These Conditions of Sale apply to any orders for goods made by the purchaser (“you”) from Molly’s Cradle Wines Pty Ltd (“us”/”we”) via the website. By making an order via the website, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale and to abide by the rules and regulations governing the sale of alcohol in Australia.
Your contract of sale is with Molly’s Cradle Wines Pty Ltd ABN 25 111 696 005 under its NSW Liquor Licence Number 880010167. Molly’s Cradle may accept any order for the supply of goods in whole or in part, or decline any order.
SECURITY POLICY
When you place an order for wine on our website, and you choose online payment as your method of payment, this payment will be processed by a secure online payment gateway. If you phone your order to us, your order will be processed directly using other secure methods.
RETURNS POLICY & FREIGHT RATES
Freight rates vary from time-to-time, and are also a function of your delivery postcode, and details are available before you checkout on the website. Normal delivery lead times are 1 – 10 working days. Please note, we can only ship to addresses within Australia.
Delivery instructions are a guide only and Molly’s Cradle Wines cannot guarantee that on all deliveries these instructions will be followed. If the customer is not in attendance when a delivery is attempted and no further instructions have been issued by the customer, the item or items will be returned to the local depot where they can be collected upon signature. A card will be left in your address to advise of the collection point. Items will be held for 7 days. After this time uncollected items will be returned to Molly’s Cradle Wines. Please note if wine is to be resent to a customer under these circumstances, further full delivery charges will apply.
Molly’s Cradle Wines guarantees the quality of all products that are sold and delivered to clients through our online facilities. If you’re not 100% happy with anything you order from us, you can return it to us within 30 days for a replacement, full refund, or credit. Molly's Cradle Wines will organise the wine to be picked up and returned.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Molly's Cradle Wines mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Molly's Cradle Wines (“Molly's Cradle Wines”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Molly's Cradle Wines’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Molly's Cradle Wines through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Service-related messages may include information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Molly's Cradle Wines. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18336132393 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Molly's Cradle Wines mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
