Region: Tumbarumba, NSW
Winemaker: Robert Bruno
Tasting Notes: Our 2021 vintage Pinot Gris is from the cool climate region of Tumbarumba, NSW, and is pale straw in colour. The nose carries lifted notes of tinned pears and musk whilst on the palate rich fruit tones with hints of pear and honey dominate on a balanced acid backbone. Good length and generous mouthfeel complete this wine.
Awards & Reviews
2020 Sydney International Wine Competition - GOLD medal (2019 vintage)
"Delicate floral bouquet with hints of lemon. Subtle on the palate with attractive textural complexity carrying through to a lemony finish. The dish accentuated the lemony notes in the wine."
Sam Kim - Wine Orbit (Dec 2019) 92 Points (2019 vintage)
"This is attractively fruited and charming on the nose showing fresh pear, apple, lemon zest and blossom notes. The palate delivers juicy fruit intensity and elegant mouthfeel, leading to a lengthy flavoursome finish. At its best: now to 2022."
