Tasting Notes: Our 2018 vintage Pinot Gris from the cool climate region of Hilltops, New South Wales is a pale straw in colour. The nose carries lifted notes of tinned pears and musk, whilst on the palate rich fruit tones with hints of pear and honey dominate on a balanced acid backbone. Good length and a generous mouthfeel complete this wine.

Fresh and vital, and on the money for varietal expression. Long flavours of fresh picked herb, pea pod and pear skin. Balanced, refreshing and good.

2019 Sydney International Wine Competition - GOLD medal
Excellent lifted nose with aromas of white flower and almond. The palate is attractive with bright primary fruit and a lovely persistence of flavour. A pleasing acid finish which sits well with food.
