Tasting Notes: This sparkling wine is prepared with a traditional blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the cool climate region of Tumbarumba. It is light straw in colour with lively effervescence and exhibits a delicate clean fresh palate with lemon and citrus tones. The mouthfeel is soft and well balanced with a fine natural acidity.
Dan Murphy's Wine Panel - 92 points
"Brisk and refreshingly up front with crisp golden delicious fruit alongside light tropical notes, a sherbert element and a delightfully frisky acid twist at the finish."
Sam Kim - Wine Orbit (Dec 2019) - 90 Points
"Bright, fresh and fragrant, the bouquet shows Gala apple, rockmelon, apricot and lemon zest characters. The palate is equally appealing with vibrant mouthfeel and refreshing acidity, finishing lively and mouth-watering."
