A Little Ripper will make you feel chipper!

60ml Molly's Cradle Chardonnay

30ml dark rum

15ml vanilla bean syrup

15ml pineapple juice

1 lime (squeeze of lime juice and garnish)

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
